Refund policy
Holiday Return Policy - Effective Nov. 1, 2025 - Regular items are eligible for return or exchange (in the form of store credit) through Jan. 3, 2026. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused - including free of makeup stains, deodorant marks, pet hair or smoke scents. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Holiday clothing and decor items are subject to our usual return policy of two weeks (14 days) for store credit. Seasonal items purchased after Nov. 30 are final sale and not eligbile for return or exchange.
To start a return, please contact us at ankeny@realdeals.net. After reaching out, we will provide information about where to send your item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please title email “return” in subject line. You can also return online items in person at the store.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within two business days if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions & Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, doorbusters or gift cards. Additionally, certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item for a different size is to request it in store. If shipping is the best option, please email us at ankeny@realdeals.net with the subject line "exchange" and we'll do our best to accommodate, pending product availability.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be sent a gift card for the balance of your return, if within the return window.
