Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $7.99 flat rate shipping within the continental US for boutique items. 

Local delivery

Need help hauling your new goodies home? Free local delivery is available within 15 miles of the shoppe for orders of $100 or more containing oversized items.

We will contact you via text message with the phone number provided at checkout to arrange a delivery date and time.

In-store pickup

Skip the shipping fees and get your new items sooner with free local pickup at Real Deals, 315 SW Maple Street, Ankeny, Iowa 50023. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are available between 9 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday and 10 am - 4 pm, Saturdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ankeny@realdeals.net with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
